Tomoka Chili Vodka, Patron XO Cafe Dark, Cane Syrup
New World flavors of cocoa and chili complement each other perfectly in this drink, creating a cocktail that is rich and aromatic, but with a kick. Our own infused vodka is made with Cambodian bird-eye chilis, for a heat that is strong without being overwhelming, and Patron Cafe XO Dark Cocoa is velvety and bitter-sweet. A cocoa rim brings out the flavor of chocolate, and a dash of cane syrup smoothens the cocktail and draws all the components together.
