Summary

    1. Chop half of the Lemongrass, along with Galangal, Turmeric, Garlic and Red Chilli
    (កាត់កន្លះស្លឹកគ្រៃ រំដេង រមៀត ខ្ទឹមស ម្ទេស)

    2. Add all of these to Pestle and Mortar and grind well
    (យកមកកិនបំបែកកិនយ៉ាងល្អនៅក្នុងនិងអង្រែបុក)

    3. Cut remaining lemongrass in half
    (កាត់បន្ថយនៅសល់នៅក្នុងកន្លះស្លឹកគ្រៃ)

    4. Chop pork until very fine
    (កាត់សាច់ជ្រូក)

    5. Add Pork to bowl & add ground spice mix ('kreung')
    (បន្ថែមសាច់ជ្រូកទៅក្នុងចាននិងបន្ថែមគ្រឿង)

    6. Add Salt, Sugar & Chicken stock to season
    (អំបិល ស្ករ និងម្សៅសាច់មាន)

    7. Mix together by hand
    (លាយជាមួយគ្នាដោយដៃ)

    8. Mould meat mixture around lemongrass stalks
    (លាយសាច់នៅជុំវិញដើមស្លឹកគ្រៃ)

    9. Heat pan & add oil then add Sticks
    (ខ្ទះកំដៅបន្ថែមប្រេងនិងបន្ទាប់មករុំសាច់)

    10. Keep turning in oil (using chopsticks)

    11. Cook until flavours combined and meat nicely cooked
